There is one girl in Jesse James' life who still loves him -- Cinnabun.
James and his trusty sidekick were spotted out this afternoon near Jesse's home in Sunset Beach, Ca.
Cinnabun can teach Jesse a thing or two about life in the doghouse.

TMZ has learned there is a photo of Jesse James making the rounds and in it he is wearing a hat that looks identical to the one Michelle McGee is wearing in her Nazi photos ... and he is making the Nazi salute. 
We've seen the photo -- which reportedly was taken two years ago -- and there is no mistaking it's Jesse. The hat Jesse is wearing is nearly identical to the one Michelle has on in the infamous photos, except for the rope across the front (see above).
The woman selling the photo told TMZ she didn't actually take the pic -- it belonged to a friend who worked with Jesse and the friend does not know she is selling it.

Out and about for the first time since the story of her rumored affair with Jesse James broke, Michelle McGee was seen in San Diego yesterday with her ex husband and young son.

Just because Michelle McGee -- the woman Jesse James allegedly cheated on Sandra Bullock with -- is covered in tattoos and occasionally likes to dress up as a naughty Nazi, it doesn't mean she isn't smart too. 
Turns out McGee made the honor roll all four years of at Eastlake North High School in Ohio. According to her yearbook, she ran track, played soccer and was even a cheerleader.
You can't always judge a book by it's tatted up cover.

At 6'10" tall and 260 lbs., Jayson Williams is a big man ... and he has the nickname to go with it. 
TMZ has obtained Williams' new mug shot from the New Jersey Department of Corrections. In addition to listing his vital stats, an alias is listed for Williams -- "Big Daddy."
That should make him real popular in jail.

Team Coco strikes again.
A Conan O'Brien fan posed for a photo with Jay Leno last night with the letters "Coco FTW" written on his hand -- which means "for the win."
Leno got the "Tonight Show" back and Conan got $32.5 million from NBC -- they're both winners.

The cop who first investigated Ben Roethlisberger for sexual assault posed for a photo with the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback roughly one hour before the alleged incident, this according to a new report. 
According to the Union-Recorder, Sgt. Jerry Blash -- an 8-year veteran of the Milledgeville Police Department -- took two pics with Big Ben ... one inside and one outside a local bar. 
Soon after the pics were taken, Blash was approached by the alleged victim -- and was the cop who wrote the first police report.
Police Chief Woodrow Blue told reporters he was not troubled by the photos, saying they "did not and have not affected the investigation at all."

Cindy Crawford can sleep a little easier tonight. The German guy accused of blackmailing her with photos of her young daughter has been sentenced to spend two years in a German jail. 
The perp -- Edis Kayalar -- was convicted of extortion in a German court. As we previously reported, Kayalar was suspected of stealing a private photo from Crawford's former nanny -- a photo that showed the supermodel's 7-year-old daughter gagged and bound to a chair. The nanny said she took the photo as a joke.
Kayalar turned himself in to German authorities back in November -- he was denied bail because the judge thought the dude was a flight risk.

Ben Roethlisberger had his arm around his accuser before the alleged assault ... and she had a big grin as she wrapped her arms around him. No doubt Ben's lawyer -- rightly or wrongly -- will make hay of this.
We now know the accuser's identity -- we will not post the picture in this story. A photo of the two taken at Capital City bar in Milledgeville, Georgia shortly before the alleged incident shows a cozy scene -- at least at that moment in time.
Of course, a photo never tells the whole story, and the mood could have darkened in an instant. Police sources tell TMZ the woman claims Roethlisberger sexually assaulted her in the women's bathroom.
And, other women in the bar also posed for photos with Roethlisberger before the alleged incident.
